I think Chapter 7 took 3 weeks after they posted like this... Hopefully it wont take as long this time.

I'm going to venture a guess on Chapter 8 coming out about the same time as the Spider-Man movie so they can release a movie based alternative costume along with it. So at least 2 weeks from now.

Yeah, go for it. Slot it in your armory for PvP.

And, as Flinx said, one time item. It;s a consumable so once you use it in battle, you won't have it again.
