The bear is super cute. I think the outfit is called a hanbok- it's a traditional costume.

I looooove those boots. They did a great job on making them look like suede! I like most of the glam I've seen from Seoul so far...all the little dresses I've seen are adorable, and I can't wait to get those strappy silver shoes!
