My opinion for isos on all heroes

Hello guys i am back again i was away from game about 2 weeks having some things to do.

Unfortunately i havent time to take mockingbird so any feedback appreciated .Black panther
just recruited and working to lvl up him and test him.Hope u are all good too cya around

for mock i think
5x 17 attack /17 defense / 17 evasion (i only use this 5 for now she is only lv 9 for now xD)
3 x 116 health/23 attack (she got really weak atack , and need more hp for scrapper blaster combo )

Black Panter full hp/atack maybe you can add some chaotics but he no need thx to her buffs xD (my current set is 4 hp/atac 1 chaotic)

I would go 3x Spry and 5x Chaotic to get her well balance. You can always make her a nuke with 8x Powerful or 8x Strong

I thought Mercurial have health effect but when I checked instead of health it is evasion why?

I thought it was too for the Thor's build when it say Mercurial for HP/Atk/Acc.. But when I checked, it was Steady purple ISO instead..
