Finding the key

I am level 71 and only have 1 quest left showing. But I can not find the key. I have tried. Used up many machetes and still no key. Is there no key and is this the end of the end. I liked this game till now. I just finished harvesting 600 pepper plants and now nothing. VERY FRUSTRATING.

If you use a ton (20+) machetes I'd suggest sending a support ticket. How to is below in my signature.

The final artifact quest has always been very glitchy, I spent loads of machetes looking for my crown before giving in a sending in a support ticket. it was quickly sorted and my next machete found the long missing crown.
At least you don't tend to have to wait long before the next new quest arrives.

does anyone know just how many machetes it should take to find the key once you have the find the key quest? So far I have used 9 and nothing so I though I would see how many it should take so I know if I need to send in a support ticket or not. Thanks

9 machetes is quickly approaching the time I would send in a ticket...Go ahead and send in a ticket since this is an issue with many players.....

I have given up on finding this key, lol. I will never find it because there is a new quest put out every day. And, as we should all know by now, you are beat if you're trying to finish a quest and a new one comes out before you're able to. New over old...ridiculous. Should be the other way around.

I cannot deal with customer support anymore. They cause way too much stress in my already stressful life.

A couple of weeks ago I got the Katana Forge put in my inventory because of the awesome bug in the Torii Gate Portal. And I took the forge out of my inventory and placed it anywhere until I was ready to move it permanently. Then I discovered that once it's placed, you cannot move it. So I sent a ticket to support to ask them to just remove it since I had found another forge when I was in the portal. PLUS, for whatever reason, there was another forge in my inventory. First I had none, now I have too many. Anyway, the response I got was that they cannot remove the forge because 'it is not a feature of the game'........... Huh?
