Cool New Special Operations....(Specially Made For Noobs) Too easy..

Okay so there is good news and bad news concerning Special Operations,

Good news:All the lazy Noob Whiners can finally get a Mb without really trying. The Level of difficulty is way easy now.
Good news:The Time has also been extended..
Bad News: Late Pro (like me) players who depend on the thrill of solving our own problems and finding our way through a difficult challenge can no longer get this thrill *Its way too easy now*

    What do you guys think?

I will be getting her tomorrow I now have 10 stars.........

It's gonna be unfair for those who worked hard and believed that they will make it in time just to get Mockingbird. Now, the awesomeness of having Mockingbird will be gone. There would be various reactions from those who spent so much time working on the SpecOps. It's like buying a LIMITED EDITION shirt that you should be proud of wearing and then seeing most of your friends have it too.

    whats done is done.

cant possibly satisfy both sides .

before change: those who can't get it whines.
after change: those who got it whines.

    playdom becomes nerfdom becomes whinedom?

    seriously..

I enjoy the challenge, it just sucked having to get enough command points to buy Cap and then level him up to 9 to make the SpecOp actually realistic. And that took me about a week and a half. Maybe two. So then I was looking at a two week window to actually do the SpecOp, which wasn't really possible. I'm thinking for future SpecOps it might be a good idea to make the hero be a 3-4 star mastery prize, and have a special weapon or gear be the 5 star prize. That way, newer players can still win the hero (the biggest draw in the game) if they work at it, and the hardcore gamers can still have their "prestige" item.

(Plus, if it was just the challenge you enjoyed, and you completed that challenge on hard, you still got everything you wanted, right?)

It is like all the hard work we put out just to show that we are exceptional Gamers, just went down the drain. MB Value was not really high to begin with, now she is not even a trophy we can Boast about NOW. They should have done one thing, either lower the difficulty or just Increase the time to get her. Doing both was overkill. As for "Frozjoker" I agree with you 100% "what is done is done". But this thread is not to Flame or Whine about what happened. It is for all Gamers who worked hard to share the views and experiences through-out the 28 dAYS from the "depths of hell" . As I expect only the exceptional gamers to post here. So I know that there will be no whining......

its like buying a ticket to see the shins and then finding out your friends are working on the show and could get you in for free :/

and i agree, they just cheapened the game beyond belief. why even have a spec ops at all now? just make future characters buyable so everyone can get them at any point. great one whingers, you ruined it for those of us who have 5-starred everything else and wanted to be challenged.

    That i s a good idea...
As for the challenge part: I am one of those players who planned their strategy from day one(1) of spec_ops. Constantly farming and Getting the perfectly balanced teams and Items to Finally plough through the 3 chapters in the last 10 days. Now you understand right..........

When the spec_ops started I was at lvl 30, only 3 (15_Cp) Heroes at lvl 6.
I farmed and Farmed and Farmed planning along the way, trolling forums for tips etc etc..
I was able to reach lvl 80 and got Spider-man lvl9,Caplvl9 with avengers costume,Hulk lvl9 with costume, Thor_blaster lvl 8 with avengers costume, BW and HE avengers costume. Got doom-bringer, golden eagle etc etc... all without spending a dime....... ALL this for the Spec ops........
I guess when I do look back I could say that I had fun a lot actually Getting MB on Godlike mode would have been the "Icing On the Cake"

For all those who feel disappointed feel free to express you self here, this a community and we should support each other... Be positive and look forward to the next Spec ops... Hopeful it will be as exciting as the first

Oh get over it ya´ll...the beginning of SpecOps caught me under lvl 40(less than 2 weeks in the game),no Captain America, nor other fancy heroes, and 65 UISOs to begin with, which went bye-bye really fast, during my first 2 days of usless attempts at passing the chap 1 epic boss.So from there on I stacked my UISOs for the next 2 weeks, got my behind on a plving diet, and really started digging into the SpecOps at the 15 days mark.Still no Captain America or other fancy heroes;it would have been impossible to farm CP AND lvl in that time.I was lvl 63(but hit 65 in the same day due to the crazy exp the special missions give),had saved roughly 750 UISOs(from gifting and drops exclusively) and used mainly Hulk,Iron Man,Hawkeye(all lvl 10) and Iron Fist(lvl 9) through the 3 chapters.I also used that time reading just about everything I could find in forums about the subject(knowledge is power, isn´t it?),trying to put together a general strategy.I finished the 3 chapters 2 days ago, with 9 days left. That leaves a total of....what,6 days for the FULL mastery of the 3 chapters? Not to mention I reached lvl 76 in the process as well, lol.Sure some mobs were pesky, sure I used a lot of buffs(but who cares, they were free drops),but overall,it was really not much of a trouble, and it shouldn´t have been for anyone with either some gaming experience(in general, not specificaly MAA) or at least...a brain?I see no reason at all to envy the luck of whomever is not done yet, therefor will have an easier time finishing.Nor do I see the reason for making it easier for that matter, but whatever...I´m not gonna pretend I´m a master in gaming developement strategy and tell Playdom how to do this and that.So you got Mockingbird yesterday...good for you,you beat a challenge. So your neigbour is gonna get it tomorrow...good for him,he´s not gonna feel frustrated at the end.Either way, there´s no way in hell to please everyone.Damn if you do,damn if you don´t.Just enjoy your game for a change, that´s what it´s there for.
