    Exclamation Know Issues In Gnome Town **Read Before You Post!!**

    These are the known issues in Gnome Town currently. If you have any of these issues there isn't much we can do.

    Sending a support ticket about any of these problems won't help much, Playdom is already aware of them, you will just have to wait and be patience till Playdom fixes them for all you Gnomes and Gnomettes..

    You may still send a support ticket, you may just get an automatic response.

    Here are the current issues,

    - Gifting Issues (not being able to send or receive gifts is usually a temporary issue)

    - Neighbor issues (missing neighbors is usually a temporary issue)

    - Missing cursors (usually a temporary issue - please try clearing your browser's cache)

    - Cannot click on certain items to remove (acorns, silver pebbles, mushrooms, etc.)

    - Staffing issues - unable to select neighbors and/or missing neighbors. ***Not fixed for everyone, but for most - we are still currently investigating*** PLEASE TRY A DIFFERENT BROWSER TO SEE IF THAT HELPS.

    - Players finding items from previous quests (please ignore duplicate items and continue with your quests).

    - Missing Daily Bonus that was previously there.

    - Level max at level 80 (Please note that this game is not meant to be finished quickly like a console game. This is an online social game that will continue to release content & updates regularly - please focus on your current quests).

    - Loading issues: Firewall &/or White page - Please try clearing your browser's cache/and or a different browser and refreshing the page.

    - Re-growth of forest over Gnome Town.

    - Some users cannot change languages.

    - Some players have run out of forest.

    - Some players are missing certain neighbors on their neighbor bar.

    - Progress lost in Leprechaun Portal.

    - Ninja forge is blocked.

    - Let's Celebrate quest is not registering.

    - Mining quest in the Arcade quest not registering.

    - Some users cannot enter their locations with unfinished quests.

    i have 2 problems with the game. the first is evn though i have cleared quite alot of the forest i have yet to find the key for the treasure chest and the second problem is i have only been able to complete half the windmill as it has frozen. pls can you fix these for me or tell me how i can fix them

    For both of these problems you'd be better off with sending a support ticket, how many machetes have you used to find the key? (If 10+ send a ticket.) For you windmill you may also have to clear your cache. When sending the ticket you may want to include screen shots of your problems.

    I have, once again, been overcharged for gold. I had this happen to me in November 2011 and filed a support ticket and battled with Playdom and Facebook for two months and finally just gave up. This mistake overdrew my bank account. Now, again, i am going to be overdrawn. I went to buy $1.99 and DOUBLE CHECKED to make sure I wasnt "accidentally hitting the wrong button, and yet, BAZINGA, it happened again! I got charged the $49.99 package! How does this happen? I have now spent an hour and a half, trying to read and direct myself around all the pages I am sent to, to file "support tickets". However, considering my first experience, I have VERY LITTLE FAITH this will get resolved either. Why is this happening? Is there a tendency for people to get overcharged? I have filed reports on Facebook, and with Paypal. When this happened the first time, i was told Playdom owed me NOTHING and that I was only going to get Facebook Ap Credits! Really? WOW, what a cool way to make $48! Overcharge me and then say you arent responsible! And I am not getting my money back, just credits!

    I want someone to contact me and talk to me IN PERSON. IN PERSON.

    AND YES I FILED A SUPPORT TICKET!!!!
