Sorry you feel that way. But the fact of the matter is that this was an issue that some users encountered. A suggestion was made (refresh), which worked for some. And since that only worked for some, now there's a fix being developed.

OK have just got the FIESTA dress on my characters by going back into the venue & completely redressing for the party once again .... seems to have triggered it.
Give it a go & I hope it works for you
