Issues with the game (Loading, Errors, Lag and others)

Did you ever think perhaps they dont WANT to fix it ? Then you will get excited about their new FB mobsters coming. I'd bet there are a lot of players that will NEVER play another PLAYDOM game !

I bet that you're right..I happen to be one of those players that will NEVER play another Playdumb game. Aside from the fact that this game has a very bad lag, and other issues that they REFUSE to fix, my HTTPS browser is telling me that this site is using an INSECURE CONNECTION so be VERY CAREFUL with sensitive information.

I didn't change anything from the unsecure http, but as for the lag...its hard to hunt when they can heal faster (thats an assumption) than my attack can go thru...I wonder if some of it tho does actually has to do with myspace tho...its on the top of my home pages about the acct access and also from acct settings when you try to change the password...oh well, going to try and set my 8's...wish me luck

I think what burns me the most ( and what the people at Playdom fail to realize) is, I wouldn't mind if there was something wrong and they were trying to figure it out, just so long as they SAID SOMETHING. Remember back in the good 'ol days? When folks working on the game actually cared? They would leave messages in the game saying "Hey folks, sorry for the inconvenience. We know there's something wrong and we're working on a fix. Hang in there". Then they actually did something to fix it. Heck, when it was over they gave out something cool to all the players for being patient. Nowadays all you see are "canned" responses, but you have to actually come here to the forum to even get those. "We realize there is an issue with Mobsters. If Mobsters isn't working for you then fill out a support ticket". Uh...yeah...thanks. Same response for every problem. The sad part is, by those canned responses, we all get the impression that nobody cares. If you want to kill a business fast, make the customer feel as if he/she doesn't matter. They will surely go elsewhere, even if it costs more. In today's economy, I would think that each and every customer would be precious. It is so hard to make the same dollar that we once did. If people are willing to give you their hard earned $$$, it would only seem logical that one would do everything in their power to keep them doing so. Eh, I guess I'm just too old fashion. I've put up with this busted game for a long time. I've put up with glitches, and people jacking my accounts, and MySpace and Playdom getting rid of accounts, and all other kinds of nonsense. Through it all I still come back day after day after day. All I ask in return for my loyalty is for someone at Playdom to actually give a damn about ME, THE CUSTOMER. Yes I am a customer. I've spent $$$ on a game that by all rights should be free. I've done so willingly and freely because I've enjoyed playing. Now I just want someone to acknowledge the fact that I exist. I'm not just a "number" on a ticket. I'm not just a part of the complaining masses. I'm one of many who have helped keep this game afloat after EVERYONE else kicked dirt on it long ago.

So my question is: Just what, if anything, is going to be done to keep my interested in Playdom as a company? Probably nothing. In the mean time, I'll just go and wait another month for nothing to get fixed, and for more "canned" responses concerning things...to show just how important I, as a customer, really am. Peace!!!

Well it is another weekend and nothing will get done about this lag or the bc or all the other issues with the game. seems all i do is get on my games and send back energy and delete it but then because of the lag it puts back some of the energys you deleted. I guess we might all get deleted because of this broken down game because nothing works. If i had not put a lot of money into some of my accounts I have I would of quit a long time ago. POOR POOR customer service playdom. Shame on you!

I tend to have more patience than most, especially more than Dan!! But I must say, I am beyond the point of frustration now. And I have YET to see LAKESHOW or anyone with "authority" come on this thread and say they are aware of the problem with the lag....NOT that it would really matter....they are aware of ALL the other problems too and the only ones that seem to get ANY attention are the ones that make the company money. HOWEVER, even their office monkies still don't seem to be able to figure out what the fv pts purchasing problem is. ~sigh~ Dan laughed at me last night that I'd spent quite a bit of times in the forums yesterday, I said....yeah well, when ya can't play the game cause it isn't working.....what else am I supposed to do!! Guess for now I'll go do some work. I WONT however be holding my breath for fix in the game...

noticed it last night but shrugged it off but wow i think it's even worse today. can get a few actions thru in a row maybe like 5 actions in 2 sec or so but then it just locks up for 5-10 sec minimum. on the bright side bots are still running 100% like usual.

Well well well, they finally fixed the BC, now all they have to do is re-sync the servers and maybe this freaking lag will go away!! Fat chance of that!! May as well be waiting to hit the mega millions, chances are the same , about 1 50 gazillion!! Well, have fun fighting the lag folks!! Notice the sarcasm dripping from my lips!! This has gotten beyond frustraion!! I think if i were to meet a stranger on the street and they told me they worked for playdom, i'd probably punch them right in the mouth!! Oh well, gonna muttle thru another fight, probably just end up listing, but even that ya have hit 3 or 4 times to get the action to go thru!! GRRRRRRRRRR
