Habitat Quests Not Completing Issues

My tapir habitat never cleared and I am now on chapter nine but have not had a storyline since the yeti. I keep seeing ads on the facebook page for kangaroo habitats and such, but all I can do is play the hidden objects game. Makes me sad-- I was enjoying playing until this.

So, Stinky -- can you help the rest of us the way you helped MoonChyld and Susie? I have also been stuck on the Lemur Habitat Quest for several weeks. And, the same as with them, the habitat is finished (all 4 pieces) but it won't clear and I can't go on with the game. I have also submitted a report but haven't gotten a response. Can you help?

I had the same error...unfinished lemar quest even though I have placed and expanded all the lemar habbits and no further quests are offered. Stuck and no reply from the ticket I put in about 3-4 weeks ago. I would love to continue playing this game but it looks like it has too many flaws, now it is only giving 1 certificate for leveling up and you can only ask for 1 item per day per item to expand the habitats...going nowwhere fast...may have to give it up, and I heard that level 50 is top and you can't earn any more permits....Ugg...

I think that I may have this problem too. I am actually in chapter 8, I've unlocked scenes to "The Woodlands" and I am not getting any more quests from Sam. Plus I have problem with quest "Frigate about it!" it cannot be completed, no matter how many birds I am placing in my preserve.
I haven't unlocked lemurs so far (I still need to complete 2 stages of previous habitat), but I wonder if quest just shouldn't be available before I do that?
I would be grateful for any help.

I could sure use some help too....I'm stuck at Lumer quest too...Finished it but will not clear out.....Please help me....Also that ticket quest is not working correctly too but I think I'm to late to finish anyhow.......

I sent a help request on June 23rd 2012 regarding the fact that my Lemur Habitat quests never completed even after I had placed all four pieces. The ticket number is: Request #1683166 On June 26th I received a response stating that this is a known issue and they are working to resolve it.

Well, it's July 29th and I still am waiting for my Lemur Quest to clear. I have never been able to get to the kangaroos or the whales or any of the other quests. At least I can get your special quests (currently Patagonia), but that is the only way for me to advance my game.

I came onto the site today and it clearly states that that Quests for Habitats Not Completing is a Resolved Issue (http://playdom.zendesk.com/entries/21246721), but if it's resolved why is my game not advancing?

It's been well over a month since I started experience issues due to the Lemur Habitat, how much longer am I supposed to wait for my game to be playable again?

This is a follow-up to your previous request #1828470 "storybook only partly fixed"

I'm writing to inquire if any progress has been made. i'm still unable to advance into chapter 8. same problems - avatar does not appear to instruct for quest, have played through all scenes with them still showing 'locked' in storybook. when originally contacted, this problem was involving chapter 7 as well, but it was fixed VERY quickly. can't go any farther in the game until this is resolved. thanks much.

and sent the following response to the same 'so sorry, working on it' reply from support....
nothing has changed since i answered these questions the last time, but i will do so again. tried IE, Chrome, two browsers on samsung galaxy tablet. clear flash every time i play. yes, is present on all computers i've tried. dsl. 100 mbps. no error message. as i've said before, the problem was fixed in chapter 7 nearly immediately when first reported. all is stopped at chapter 8....avatars don't appear, storybook scenes have lock symbol when i've already played, no habitats or quests show up so can't advance. this is the exact same problem at the exact same spot as at least one of my friends and i see several posts on community board of the exact same nature.....from MONTHS ago!! understand it can be complicated to trace problems, but this makes no sense.

i see you've been able to help a few, would greatly appreciate your help too. don't know why tech support can't seem to get this fixed. thanks much!
