Nah man its pretty arbitrary...i got 6 generals in a row once upon a time...now it seems like i just get gas grens...

I did quit wasting money on the VIP , wouldn't doubt a little BUG that is in the drop rates after you drop it

I think VIP is totally worth it, Ive got tons of Avatar items from VIP that i otherwise would not have, I cannot afford VIP right now but was on it since it started and got about 12 good avatar items out of it!
