lol sorry about that, i like to test peoples abilities thats for sure lol but i agree with u here it is not ok, and think about this, how frustrated were you in five days? a relatively small amount of time?? Probably very frustrated, now multiply that frustration by 10! there are some people who still dont have them back it has been about 2 months!!! 2 months!!!! That is not ok and thats why i think they should be held responsible, and as you said why cant they fix it for everyone?!? thats the frustrating part some people got it fixed and others didnt, and actually mine were fixed after about 4 weeks but in the process they removed sisters so i have -200 sisters, a clear impossibility but now thats going on another 4 weeks and not fixed. Just not good business @ all and i really think we are pretty patient with them if they resolved things there would be no discussion of this, or better yet if they tested more and stopped releasing feature after feature that is broken we would have less to complain about its all up to them how much they want to let their customers down

Wenchiness and Kamelita are both correct methinks. Now that I learn more, I think this was a marketing decision versus a programming error. So I will be making my own decisions about how I spend my money in the future based upon what happens to this transaction.

SL Marketing Team... You have 4 (FOUR) days to instruct the programmers to REVERSE the transaction... either repo the dress and replace the 60 BPs or refund the 40 BP difference between the price paid and the lowest price offered and I keep the dress. Then you can inform us in advance of "discounts", "lotteries", "drawings" and the like so we can make informed choices.

Again, dream on. Why would PD give WILLINGLY give you a refund of the bp's YOU paid for an item and the price someone else paid when it was clearly a conscious decision they made to list the price at the three varying prices.
