Please check the Known Issues page to see if the problem you're encountering is listed. If it's on the Known Issues page that means support is aware it's a problem and are currently working on a fix. For problems not listed on the Known Issues page or where the page requests that players send in a ticket for the issue, you'll need to use the support desk to submit a ticket.

This thread is set up for any issues you may encounter with your heroes showing up as busy or stuck in a deploy mission or remote ops mission.

- If that doesn't work, you may also want to try to clear your flash cache then check the status again (choose delete all sites then confirm on the flash tool).
