    Exclamation Heroes Marked as Busy/Stuck In Error

    Please check the Known Issues page to see if the problem you're encountering is listed. If it's on the Known Issues page that means support is aware it's a problem and are currently working on a fix. For problems not listed on the Known Issues page or where the page requests that players send in a ticket for the issue, you'll need to use the support desk to submit a ticket.

    Special Notes:
    This thread is set up for any issues you may encounter with your heroes showing up as busy or stuck in a deploy mission or remote ops mission.
    • Some users have reported that the information in this article has helped resolve this issue
    • If that doesn't work, you may also want to try to clear your flash cache then check the status again (choose delete all sites then confirm on the flash tool).

    Please do not post your email or FB ID information here on the boards.

    Please note that the forums are a good place to discuss and troubleshoot your issues with other players, but this is not where you receive tech support. If you want direct help from Playdom, you need to file a ticket with support. Playdom staff cannot assist your individual accounts through the forums!

    They finally got me fixed after a month.

    Tip: GIVE THEM A SCREENSHOT. It seems to be a difference-maker for getting a fix done. (It shouldn't matter, but looks like it does.)

    How do i get this resolved - My shehulk has been busy for months and nothing suggested works. I cannot contact support as it states error on page. I spend good money on gold and then my heroes get locked!! please help someone!!

    I figured out how to get Black Cat out of "busy" and off the flight deck. I had 23 command points, used them to recruit her, AGAIN! I asked if this was a solution, but, the tech support didn't give me an answer. It's been a week now, and everything is good, she did not loose her status, but, the cost of re-recruiting her.

    For the incompetence of Playdom you lost 23 CP.

    Wait.. How do you recruit a hero again?

    I've sent 2 requests for support but in both cases, I've received the same auto-reply answers. Is it really hard for the devs to manipulate the game database in order to release our locked heroes?

    This crap topic is useless.
    More than two months'm asking for help here and nothing.

    Playdom Support is also useless.

    As I said before, I used my CP to re-recruit Black Cat, as she was locked on the flight deck. I told this to support, and they said there is no PROOF that I did this, even after telling them over and over she was stuck, and how neither of those other methods worked.

    So, last resort is use Command Points to get them unlocked, and don't expect to get them back!!!
