New Quest - Alien Space Ship

Thank you so much for the responses. I have now used over 70 guns. I have already completed the bunny quest. I went back to my town and finished some old quests to see if that would help. Nope, it didn't! I have tried "looking" behind the tower but I guess I will go back and try again. I am about to just forget this quest.......but I really want the space helper! LOL.

You definitely need to send a ticket about that! Haha, if you don't know how there's a link in my signature on how to below.

Ok, so found the laser cannon and now I need to load it. The only problem is that my gnome friends list seems to have vanished, so I cannot ask them for the materials I need!
Been waiting three days now and they still aren't showing up. The list does show up when I return home, but I cannot request the items when I am on the alien planet!
Guess this is something I need to turn in a support ticket for?

This again is another bug which you'll probably have to send a ticket in for. Like I said above, if you don't know how to there's a link in my signature below how to.

Good luck getting a proper responce from the help teem I send in a ticket for support only to be told that I didn't have a bug and that they could not replace the machetes that I used. No help there for me.Again Good luck.

I've bought at least 2 packs of guns and forged more, and I have still not found the crystal. Is this a bug? I know it's not behind the tower because it still says to find it in the quest. I did have a different quest where I found the item but it was behind something else, and after I found it it had that checked off and told me I had yet to gather it. So I know I have not found the energy crystal yet.

I still have not found the crystal. I sent in a second ticket because the first time I got the same response as Dandy Dog. (I had used about 40 guns at the time.) After using 70 guns (no, I can't believe I did that either, lol ) I sent a second ticket and got the following message

["Thank you for contacting us and providing all of these details. We are going to pass your information on to the developers to see if they can pinpoint any issues in your account. We hope that we can get this fixed very soon so that you can continue to enjoy the game."]

I sure hope they can because I quit playing the space quest and decided to work on old quest in my town. Now it is taking me 10 machettes to uncover any object. I tried it two times and both times took 10 machettes. It use to only take 3 to 4 machettes. So now I'm just waiting to see if the developers find anything. I miss my gnometown adventures

I'm going to add a "me too" to this...I have probably used close to 70 guns looking for the crystal. I'm getting no where and getting frustrated. I have submitted a help ticket and am waiting to hear what's going on. My friend who plays had no problem finding the crystal with just a few guns. Something is wrong with some of our accounts, I think.

Okay, I went to my gnome town yesterday and the quest "showed" that I had found my energy crystal. So apparently the developers gave me that. The problem is I still can't find the crystal to gather it and so I can't move on. Thus I sent in another ticket. This is so frustrating.

Yay! I finally am able to advance in the space quest. The developers had to find and gather my crystal energy for me. So I am off and running again. Thanks!
