    Angry Answer support tickets in a reasonable amount of time

    Filed a support ticket 2 weeks ago, still waiting to be assigned to a representative. How pitiful!

    I know how you feel. I submitted one 8 days ago and it's just sitting there! PD your support is the worst I have ever seen!!

    It is strange to me that the Support people are not more concerned about the game losing people in droves. I agree with Firewoman618, PD has the worst team, and is nothing like 'Support'. They are part of your whole 'business', and surely if the game loses its 'customers/players', would that not affect their jobs too. Someone with authority in the hierarchy needs to do something...Please.
