Curing the sick Sir Gnomehead

Hi Gnomers

I am having a problem that hopefully you knowledgeable and helpful people will be able to help me with. Sir Gnomehead is sick and needs me to search for 3 medical mushrooms which I have dutifully completed and collected. They are in my storage waiting to cure him. Now all that's left of the quest is to cure him but for some reason it doesn't just happen. I have clicked on him over and over and still nothing happens. Can anyone shed any light on this problem or what step I am missing?

Sorry I can't remember what you might need to do.
However if the quest boxes are ticked (and you still have enough of everything) and have clicked on him I would assume a bug and send in a support ticket.
