No Pond to be found for WaterPark

i have finished all need requirments fo the Water Park, now it is asking to gather water from the pond. There is no pond either in the store or my inventory. read on the forums that other have had this problem that is a bug or something. please advise.

Yes you need to raise a support ticket for this. The developers will put a pond into your inventory as response to your ticket.

You need to submit a ticket to customer support. And they SHOULD put the pond in your inventory right away.
