Zero Moves When Returning to TT

Yesterday there was a problem with TT when I tried to play. It told me to refresh the browser as that might be the problem. When I tried again (later as I went to something else for about 10 mins) it worked fine, except that I had zero moves left. I bought some moves with coin and played thinking it had something to do with the problem I had a bit earlier. Later that same night, about 2 hours later, went to TT again and again, Zero Moves. This time I went to bed and again, this morning, Zero moves. The game will accrew moves while I leave it open, but if I close it and return later, zero moves left again.

I am having the same problem, I have also cleared all caches, restarted my computer, refreshed the browser. Nothing is working.

It is the same for me, and very fustrating that there is no response from moderators

I found that if I left my browser on TT the move counter goes up. that's not practical though

Set Up:
1. Using a Droid Incredible 2 (verizon)
2. Having downloaded Triple Town free version
3. Having used all moves (take it to 0)
4. After a certain amount of time when some moves have accrued, launch the game

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Spry fox title screen appears
2. Triple Town loading screen completes
3. Welcome Back modal appears
4. Spam click the continue button as soon as the modal loads
5. Triple Town crashes
6. Force Close the app
7. Re launch the game

Results:
Triple Town reloads with 0 moves available

Expected Results:
Triple Town reloads with expected number of moves available

Notes:
1. Repro Rates:
a. Game Crash occurs on spam click of welcome back modal 100%
b. Zero Moves occurs after crash 100%

I've been told that this issue can occur when a laptop enters hibernation. Are you using a laptop by any chance? What happens when you reload the game?

Yes, I'm using a laptop. It reloads automatically and is usually around the number displayed. There have been 2 exceptions, one where it was 30+ the number and one where it claimed the number to be 30 but gave me 145.

Yup, if you get that error message just click the Continue button to reload the game. To avoid that error, please close the browser running Triple Town before hibernating your laptop
