Can't request materials

I keep trying to gift my neighbours but am unable to. When I click on Blackwood & Bell friends, there are none listed and it just says "Select All", this box is ticked. If I click it, it asks me to select names, but there are none.

Even if I go to recommended or all friends, their names aren't there as they are neighbours, so they have been days upon days without any gifts from me.

Please help!

I am having the same issue on this game and one another. I get the message that I have no friends playing, but I do!

Hi all,

Since the gem chapter opened, I can't request materials.

No people show up under the Blackwood & Bell heading.

There is no Recommended heading -- where there used to be three options, now there are just two, All and Blackwood & Bell.

The All list only shows those people who don't play the game.

So, I'm stuck.

Am I the only one benefiting from this glitch?

I have the same problem. I'm completely stuck in the gem chapter because I can't request velvet. When I do have names on the list, it's about 5 people who have the game but don't play actively. I submitted a ticket on it last night.

I hope this isn't a ploy to get people to spend money to buy gold. I lost my job last month and can't afford to pay to play.

I also had that problem for a full day this morning though my neighbors are back to request/gift to.

My neighbors aren't back yet. I'm about to delete the game completely if they don't fix it soon. 18 days left on the gem chapter and I can't go anywhere without being able to request material.
