Okay, here's something I need a little help understanding here...in Downtown, I've achieved Platinum Mastery for all the jobs, yet the regional mastery is still at 95%. I'm at level 148, and I've checked the guides to make sure I've not got any more jobs to unknowingly pop up. Can anyone explain this phenomenon to me, please, because this shouldn't be the case, as far as I know.

Submit a ticket, wait 3 days, provide screenshots...eventually they will fix it...not the first time its happened
