I admit I don't know anything about making games, but is it that hard to add levels to a game that is already created?

I am having the same problem, I freed the two that was caught and they say there is 4 more I have refreshed a few times and not working

that is what we need to keep him out machetes end up costing me too much lol. plus have silver to spend while waiting for new levels and new quest :)
