How did a level 103 get Ostrich Boots if they aren't available until level 140? I really want a pair and don't get how that person got them. I have never, ever seen them in a gala or in a cookie.

It does not look red AT ALL to me. Just like the recent "fire engine red hair" wasn't even close. Orange is not fire engine red.
