Hi, I'm posting requests for 'CRYSTALS" but are not collecting them even though my neighbours are responding to the posts. How do you get these crystals.

I just can't understand how to post a message, all I want is more neighbours on Gardens of Time

Hello, I tried to start a thread in the forum under tips and tricks and guides but couldn't. I got a message stating I don't have the right due to administrative decision ??. Oh well, I am just looking for instructions to the garrison. I got a pop up saying i recieved 300 xp points for fighting 100 battles, but it didn't register. When I did earn enough points to go to centurio 3, the message said i unlocked two more research items. But yet i couldn't research. I don't see explanations for anything in the garrison. Are we supposed to continue guessing. I would really like some help. I don't know how to check for your reply in here either. I am not new to this game. Most of what I have done since I started playing 1 1/2 years ago, I had to figure out as I went along. This I can't and its because the messages are not valid.

Why is the Gift Return option not working? I can no longer return gifts sent to me using any browser and have not been able to for two days now. When will this be fixed? Also, I have been to the Playdom website to post this problem in the support area but cannot. There are only a number of closed topics with no ability to respond.
