To ensure that all players can enjoy their gameplay experience, disciplinary action was taken against players who were negatively impacting others' play experience or the game itself. Disciplinary action is never pleasant, however it is
necessary in order to maintain the quality of service for all. Players that were suspended, were suspended only from PvP if their accounts showed evidence of unauthorized data manipulation by using a cheat tool, bot, service, etc.

Examples of this include, but not limited to:
Obtaining game items that were not accessible according to their agent level, last completed chapter/mission, or completed research at the time they received the item.
Receiving reward items in combat that are not designed to be “dropped” in that level or for the agents level.
Receiving a 5 star mission mastery but only played the mission once or twice.
Achieving an incredibly high agent level relative to the amount of actual time played.
