i have a question.. i've searched the forum..but i didn' find anything

To days ago, i level 9 Phoenix, but...in battles her 4th ability doesn't work , it is "NOT USEBLE" , i know that this ability is a 3 round cooldown...but i played a battle for 5 rounds but stil nothing, i tried it in spec ops, normal mission..but nothing

please help

Since Yesterday, I having problems with the infernal fang. Yesterday I collected 5 of them, but on the counter of the mission "harness the power" increase only 1!! Today the same thing happiness, I collected 3 during the fights and was added 1 to the counter.
