Is that the chance of getting CP in the roulettes had been reduced ? bcs few days ago i still can get at least 1 or 3 CPs in around 4 times open box. but now I no get any CP from it and I alrdy open 6 times. Can playdom fix or improve the rate since playdom remove the CP dropping from fighting miniboss and boss?

i encounter a problem about dropping CP from enemy. Since 18/9/2012 updated, until now 19/7/2012 When I fight the enemies such as miniboss n boss in Chapter 7-3 or chapter 7-5, there is no more CP dropping from enemies. Usually i fight them before i can get at least 2-3 command points. My lvl is 67 so far, and the mission is lvl52-lvl57, is that my agent lvl too high for the foes in the Chapter 6 mission to drop even 1CP from miniboss n boss such as Jack O'Lantern and Doomarmu? or bcs of the game updated that reduces the chance of dropping CP? Anyone encounters the same problem with me? Thanks
