Tickets are tied into the user's FB account so even if I could (which I can't) the ticket would only help me and not you. That still wouldn't resolve your issue. All you can do is wait for support. I'm sorry.

Hi Moose, there's not anything we can do for that unfortunately. We don't have contact with the support desk and have to wait our turn when we submit a ticket too. I hope you hear back soon though =)

Hi Moose, I'm sorry but I still don't have any way to help with account issues like that. Mods don't have any access to your account. If you feel you were banned from PvP unfairly then you'll need to read this announcement to look into having that ban reversed. If you feel there might have been a reason for the ban though, then support won't be able to reverse the ban.
