I didn't become a member here until today. I was looking for an announcement. But it seems these announcements only get posted when the maintianence is over with. I think that is kind of unfair. Since I have played the game I have always checked the forum here to see what's going on. But felt the need to ask myself of the problem today. I only think it would be more fair and polite to post before the site is down for maintianence than afterwards. But I thank you for responsing to me.
Can you please give us a response to when DCG will be back up? What is going on?
This is day #12 of no access. Last response from Playdom support was 5 days ago. Can only assume they're laughing all the way to the bank with my money

Yes I've taken ALL troubleshooting steps, including: - Using Chrome browser - Clearing history - Clearing cookies - Clearing cache - Clearing Flash cache Stated this in my support request(s); the single response asked me to do this. It's been nearly a week; only response 2 days ago. There are numerous posts here from people with same issue. Like me, some find another person can log in under their own FB profile & play ToM on the same computer without problem. Do you have any insight into what's going on at Playdom? No doubt someone's trying but (no disrespect intended) the support is terrible. As I've spent money on a game that doesn't function properly, I cannot access and for which support is poor to nonexistent, I'm nearly at the point of contacting the Better Business Bureau. I'd prefer to have this resolved without "going there" but my patience & good will are nearly spent. Any help you can offer would be much appreciated.
Hi, Aubrey, I've created several support tickets with Playdom regarding Threads of Mystery but have had, unfortunately, very poor help/responses. For the last 5 days, I've been completely "locked out" of the game - getting a "socket closed" error message (I've taken all the troubleshooting steps suggested at the Playdom website to no avail). Some of my game "neighbors" think I'm ignoring them (have received private FB inquiries). Can you suggest anything that would help? Thanks.
