Hey can not get opn mobsters am I the only one !!

Start with this thread for all the release avatar items. The dragon tattoo only helps with a chance to get the skill point on level up. It may show on the fightlist when you attack someone, but it's not as beneficial as the other avatar items that add % def or % att to you. If your character is def based then you want 100% spirited def and as much % increase in def items as you can equip your avatar with. (And same for attack based)

Moonshine bootlegging gives the DEA Insider. Be warned that it will take a ton of energy to get one, and then you will probably lose it and not get the pot farm warrant. I think I used 13 DEA agents the first account I tried. I think it's better than when the mission first came out, but people still complain about that one!

Also so you know if you ever need something in a mission it will tell you where to go get it.

You should still be able to get it there. Just a warning, for a while I was trying to replace my Tanks with the Boeing CH-47 Chinook you can get with the military surplus certificate. It would cost me on average 10,000 energy. Some times 30,000 energy. It is a tough find. Sorry.
