So basically, in terms I can relate to, another user tried to steal your account or at least cause you enough grief that it would be closed. PD's answer after proof of ownership is to allow you to have a new account back and will give it a little boost, but no where near what you originally had. I don't know the specifics of what goes into that, but I would probably be livid too. All I can say is to keep with it and reinforce that you did nothing wrong (and I have to say it, that should *really* be the case) and would like to find a way to have your original account reinstated. If that part's already been done and ran into the ground and the mechanics of it all don't allow for that, then it's time to either accept it or give in. You can still be mad though. I would.

Do not make repeated or nearly identical posts. Spam will not be tolerated. Also, be advised that posting randomly for the sake of raising post count will also not be tolerated. Please refrain from making one word/single smiley posts as they can appear to be spam and are too vague to be sufficient feedback.

Yep, that is wanted by them, so someone isn't posting just to raise their post count.

I have no clue, I had trouble getting into mine also. I think its a Myspace issue this time tho.
