After saving it with Paint or some other image program, you need a place to host the image. I generally use TinyPic.com for my hosting needs. They are free and don't require a membership; although without signing up you have to fill in a CAPTCHA to upload each image. Signing up is free and allows you to have albums and delete pictures. The TinyPic.com site is generally easy to use. You click the "Browse" button to locate the image you want to upload, then "Upload". After uploading the image it will take you to a screen with the URL to the image to use in post on the forum. I generally like TinyPic because it's free, it doesn't restrict how many times the image can be viewed a month, and it allows images up to 1600x1600 pixels.
Could you tell me how to post a screenshot into a forum post? I know how to take them and know to paste them into word, works or paint. But I do not understand how to get them into a forum post.
