Trying to add a 4 X 4 Section

I purchased 2 4 X 4 sections to expand my yard. The gold was deducted but I was not able to add the sections. What can be done to add the 2 sections? Is anyone else having a problem adding the 4 X 4 sections?

I also bought an expansion (I think 2) and although the grid is shown, I can't place anything on those boxes. Is there something else I was supposed to do?

I keep clicking on expand and it says it need to refresh. I keep refreshing but nothing happens. I have enough money and forms to expand.

Have you tried clearing your flash cache? That sometimes gets things moving in the right direction again. Not sure what the problem might be. If it persists, send a ticket in to Playdom.

File a ticket with Playdom. Be very clear that the advertised price was one gold bar and the game took two gold bars. Also be certain to categorize correctly. The support desk is at a different site, and there is a step-by-step description of how to file a ticket at the top of this board.
