Happy Pi Day, Sisters! ;)

It's been very busy around here so I'll keep it brief this week, though I would really appreciate more feedback about the location, in addition to recent releases throughout the game! We're all now well into Bollywood, and I wanted to check to see how things were fairing in Philanthropy. You may have noticed if you are unable to join, you will now see the specific reason why you may not. Also, if it is not there already, expect a confirmation button soon for quitting a team.

How are the other elements of the location? Work visas? Crafting? Socialize?

I saw some opinions regarding the Kiss Me I'm Irish! Gala. Any others?

While WWW does offer a good place for me to dig in more directly to some of the bugs that may be going on, this is also a great place for Glam suggestions and feedback!!

Whitney, you may or may not have noticed, but here's some feedback on the crafts: THE STATS ARE HORRID! What gives?! Not a single one of the "design internship" glam, bonus item or not, has a stat higher than 18. Most of them have a high stat of 6 a couple have a high of 8--whoopie. I can't believe how far Playdom's gone to make these essentially free items worthless to the players. I know several who don't even want to put in the effort to make even 1 of these craft items and screw the repeat effort for the bonuses. I think the only reason I'm putting in the effort is for completion (I've managed to collect all crafting bonuses in every SA so far) and because there's little else to do in Bollywood anyway.

Whitney, I don't usually care much about stats but the SA glam hasn't been very stingy before so I never bothered to notice. This is beyond ridiculous. What, is Playdom afraid if they give us glam with decent stats free through game play effort we'll stop buying BPs and spinning them away in galas? Is this some veiled excuse to prevent cheaters from acquiring good free glam by the thousands? It seems like the trend for good stat glam anymore is it's all being held hostage behind BP offers and random duplicate prone galas. I'm not proposing that all this SA glam have stats in the 30s and 40s or anything like that, but at least put the bonus craft glam into the 20s. Even some of the puzzle piece glam is looking pretty pathetic as far as stats go anymore, several don't even break out of the teens.

For all the hulabaloo getting Bollywood started and pushing it out at us so quickly it sure has reached dull and boring pretty quickly. There's nothing beyond the bare bones click to get puzzle pieces, click for phil, click to collect jobs, click to craft. And really very little of it seems to be worth the clicking effort. I'm already done with phil and I'm not bothering with it unless I get a sister begging for help. Crafting, see above, the stats are pathetic. PATHETIC. The items alone aren't all that special so stats certainly would give most of us a real reason to try. I'm very sad to see a complete lack of mini game or extra new feature in Bollywood. That picture puzzle game in FTA kept me coming back to happily play for weeks. Bollywood is out barely a week and I'm already --meh--

I really wish that the chances of getting the philanthropy dress was based on the contribution to the event, and not the random process. Main has worked so hard to get it and gets a ton of teas, but mini, who just joined a team to fill it out gets it? Come on! :rolleyes:

I am in the minority here, but I don't mind that the crafts are expensive and that main is SA cash poor. Too often I have so much SA cash that I don't know what to do with it. I'm not thrilled about the stats of BP crafts, but this deters me from paying for them outright, so I am more than happy to attempt them as a bonus. I am also happy with the current drop rates of bonuses too.

Socializing is fine for me as well, though I hope I can finish this one on minis as well as main. We shall see. :)

I love most of the glam - I think the team has really tried to keep the glam authentic and appropriate, so thumbs up for that! Overall, this SA is far superior to the fairytale one (w.r.t. glam).

I'll echo this. I think we are all very distressed that the option to upgrade the plain top and skirt, the one that gets blue stripes and a red belt, has disappeared. If it was supposed to disappear Playdom really should have given us a warning. I'm sad now to be stuck red belt-less. I had been saving up my gems for that one. :( Plus the MS players had just finally gotten the darn thing!

the January Fortune Wheel is back.

^^^^^ I'm not happy about this. :mad: It kind of stinks that the fortune wheel always has the "New" banner. How are we suppose to know if it has actually been updated? You can see what's in the 2 BP gala before you use your BPs but the only way to see the fortune wheel is to spend the 2 BPs first. Since it is ALWAYS "new" no matter how many times you spin it makes it hard to know when it has actually been updated.

I've sent a ticket about this issue, but I'm having issues with Visa's on another character. It won't unlock so I can post them to open saying "Unlock the previous work schedule and collect 10 Bollywood Work Visas to unlock" but the previous one is unlocked!!! I only have 3 jobs to work with.

Hi, I hope I'm not too late (as the timing of this thread usually falls in my night and early working time). I failed to find a thread of known problems - so here's my only problems right now:

I can't properly socialise on campus, my events get stuck on "Organizing event ..." or "Loading ..." and I need to refresh to do another event. The only events that load properly are those that drop glam, like 5-Day-events, the raffle and packing events. (Due to this I am missing on a lot of nice campus glam because I mostly socialise on SA)

When I boot sisters, sometimes they don't leave my house at all, and sometimes they are automatically readded with or without either party accepting or sending a gift. This is very annoying for me as a strategy player who needs to TD (I house most players from the IC as well). It is also annoying if I booted someone because they got on my nerves, the readd even happens without being facebook friends.

Lastly, my game is gradually getting slower and slower. I have retired all my hunters, but I have a rider I have been building for almost 2 years and it sucks that people can hit me a lot faster than I can load either swag or spa. Those of you who know me can probably vouch that my defense is deadly unless you are a high charm build. I know I don't have a chance at the IC anymore, but I would really like to ride my char.

The SA has some nice glam btw, I like it.

I am very disappointed in the crafting this time. The things we are crafting are not that appealing to start with, but then the stats really make them not worth the trouble. Even the bonuses are nothing I even want, again the stats do nothing to make them more attractive.

Last SA I crafted right up to the last day, the first time for me. This time I am only making what is needed for the events.

^^^yes! i have been having having this same problem with the game speed and not being able to effectively remove sisters is very frustrating! i have a lot of sisters so continually loading my house tab is a huge pain in the neck.

My gifting is messed up. Sporadically when I log in to my game, I'll get the message "You have collected 'X number' of gifts!" That number will be however many gifts I had waiting for me. It then gives me the option to return each gift to the person who sent it. The button that is pink to collect then blue to return is just blue to return. I have no idea if my sisters are getting the gifts that I return, but I am NOT getting any of the automatically collected gifts in my inventory. This really bums me out as I usually have my max number of tickets waiting for me and they all just vanish. And, because it says I've collected them, I've reached my max for the day with nothing actually going into my inventory. This also made me mad because a sister and I were trading the beads back and forth for crafting. I've sent a ticket and haven't received a response yet, but it's hard to get optimistic that anything will be done to rectify it.

SA has lovely glam. But stats of crafting glam are so poor I don't even bother to craft. Crafting stuff are the worst looking and the stats are really pathetic.
Philantrophy is doing well ,but pop-ups are pain. I don't know if there is anything more annoying than pop-ups. And they're soooo stupid any useless for everyone!!
I'm glad PD fixed those stuff. And hey ,the good news ,my gifts finally aren't being vanished and my feed works! But I'll ask once more... Is the 700 gifts limit on how many gifts we can have in our messages?? Because I don't receive any after I reach 700.

I have complaint about Work Visas ,though. I can't request them for some reason. As I said about crafting ,I don't even bother. You should have made crafting better. FA one was gorgeous and I did many crafts. Also ,I really hate about socializing that so many events give influence. And almost no BPs! I remember SAs we had before ,they were giving lots of BPs ,while newer ones barely give anything. I guess it's PDs way to make us buy BPs or something like that ,which doesn't make me really happy ,but I'm not exactly surprised.

I don't know anything about the new gala. I didn't spin it and glam isn't really tempting. All I can say that PD again misinterpreted the theme.

As for the other issues ,I beg you .... I BEG YOU ... PLEASE FIX INTRAMURALS!!!

Is anything ever going to be done about the Burn List screen jumping to the top every time you attack someone? This is the 3rd or 4th time I've posted about this issue and I'm not the only one. I've submitted a ticket as well and get the standard "known issue" response. I don't know if this is an attempt to stop serial attacking, but it's kind of ridiculous since people are going to be attacked no matter what.

And while we're on the subject, why do we get the "don't be a bully, move on to someone else for the day" message when attacking people on the BL? If someone is riding why are we limited to 15 attacks? Seems counter intuitive to me.

On a happier note, I do like the Bollywood glam. It's a vast improvement over the Fairytale glam, thank you for some color this time around! I have to agree with the other posters though, the stats are dismal. I don't buy BPs so it would be nice to have some free glam that can help me out. Rarely do the free items have stats higher than what I already have in my inventory. If the stats continue to drop, at this rate in 6 months the free stuff will have 5/4 stats, lol.

I know I mentioned this before, but I'd really like the blue and white style upgrade outfit back :) Maybe we can either remove one of the very first ones or just make the page so we can scroll through multiple. When they take this many gems and we can only collect 5 per day, these outfits take a VERY long time, especially if you want one from each stage.

The wrapping on the Sweethearts tab seems to be broken again. You can see the very top of another listed sweetheart peeking out at the bottom of the page but you can't actually get to the button that says Stalk. This was fixed for a bit but is broken again.

Attack Again button disappearing and page jumping continue to be issues for me. I haven't had all my gifts randomly disappear in several days (yay, and knock on wood).

Looks like we're getting some IC changes??

5 day collection items that a lot of my sisters lost due to major technical issues on playdoms side, put them in the grab bag for the next 24 hours so they can complete the collection in time (before March 16th)
If you boot a sis and by mistake accept a gift from her, that is in the message center, she will be added to your house again
Sisters who are in your house show up as unknown or are not listed

This is on Facebook. When you guys added in the new pink Style Upgrade dress, you removed the blue skirt/white top outfit that alot of us were still working on. I've mentioned it in a couple of my posts :) The other part of what the OP is saying is that the original outfit is still dropping from socializing (while incidentally the pink one is not) but it's no longer upgradeable.

We want it back to be able to upgrade :)

I have read online I am not the only one this has happened to im not sure if it is Facebook or sorority life, but i can not see bonus's posted on facebook unless i go directly to someones page, and bonus checker isnt working for me. Before everyone says it NO sl is not blocked on my feed or anywhere it is some glitch.

I even blocked and unblocked SL trying to maybe reset it NOTHING is working and my poor sister is giving me links :(

I think on last week's WWW she said we're out of luck on the 5-day.

I learned from playdom, we begged for an extension for Fairyland and always got no as an answer ...... till they changed their mind 24 hours before time run out.
One can hope, right ;)

And I don't make Whitney responsible for their change of mind, without announcement. She was the one who had to say no to us up till hours before.

To clarify, this appears to be happening to practically everyone who's responded in any style upgrade thread over the past few days. I have this problem and I know I've seen sisters posting on my feed about this. After the pink upgrade gown finally started working the plain top and skirt just disappeared from the options to upgrade. I know the screen only has room for 5 outfit slots but I think we all expected there'd be arrows to side scroll through the outfits. I play on FB, but I know some MS players have reported having the same issue here on the forums.

1) At this very moment the swag shows ALL the historic swag items ever released, and all of these have quantity zero of course.
Why to change something that worked fine? The items you have 0 from, and dont have a request button should be hidden/suppressed as they always were.
My wife is very happy to be able to take a SS of all ever existing swag items...but it IS an error of course. Now have to go to page 3 or 4 to get to my mocha or milk tea.

2) Why the "report" link on feed or WB goes to the zendesk page and it becomes extremely user unfriendly to report a message?
The number of horrible messages of feed and WB by so called game players seems to be growing and growing. And now you cannot easily report them anymore? HUGE mistake by Playdom to change it like this!

3) The claimed gifts still come in with enormous variations in delay time. From direct till 10 minutes or more. And sometimes after messages max reached you did NOT get 250 tickets, on other avi I got even 600! Nice? No. I just want a steady, stable gift system.
The message center/gifting still needs a lot of attention from "the team"...

4) When the childish "Majors have moved" banner is going to be removed? I guess by now we KNOW that they have moved. I think 99% of players now already since MONTHS that they have moved. And the 1% cannot find the Majors anyhow, wheater you remove the message or not.
Nice side effect from removing it: less jumping of screen, because is one frame less to expand and load every time.

I see the next burn out of the gifts servers ahead...

Whitney, you replied to this one before. But you are wrong.
At least in my FB SL house, there is NONE, noone who EVER got more than the Daily five. Never. not now, not in ANY SA.
Please believe us: this does not work, and actually has not EVER worked in any SA. One peace of broken code copied from SA to SA.
And YES I did/do SEND (not only return) to various sister and they accepted them (because I got them returned)..it just does not work.

Is a very simple solution for: Just remove the text "Earn up to 10 bonus Bollywood Tickets, one for each sister who accepts a gift from you today!"
(needed programming time: search text 20 secs. Select text: 2 secs Hit delete 1 sec. Patch it in all versions...uh....seconds)

Not so sure about the new categories for the IC list :/ Some sisters had some people they used to TD with, but now they're not on the list. I know it's a relatively minor thing, but since I'm in moan mode I thought I'd mention it.

Everyone's reporting losing items and having old ones appear with quantity of zero. My main has Swag from almost all the previous SAs that I kept because I didn't want to use them - I'm just collecting the items. I do hope that nothing disappears that I had a quantity in, previously.

5 DAY COLLECTION.

We still want to get the chance to get the items that Playdom REMOVED from our Closet! Just get the items put back up before the Event expires: Since you guys love having us Gift so much, toss Day 3, 4, and 5 back up for two days. People might actually space out their sending/receiving if you give us a little time for it.

CRAFTING in BOLLYWOOD.

The stats are terrible for the items, bonus and non-bonus. I won't be spending BPs to get any of the "bonus" items, since they're not worth it. When I make a purchase (meaning: I buy BPs), it's usually for both aesthetic and stat reasons, and nothing I have seen there is worth it in either case.

Considering the high cost in Rupees for the non-bonus crafting items, I might not even bother to craft enough items for the bonuses to drop. The last tab hasn't even opened yet, and traditionally we need to have the SA's currency in certain large amounts for at least one of the Events. I'd rather not have to waste my time clicking Events and Philanthropies for another two weeks to get the Rupees to make up for such a projected shortfall.

I play on Myspace and the Plain Top and Skirt is no longer available to upgrade. But It still drops while socializing.

It's nice to see things like the professor raffle getting refreshed more often. But I have a suggestion for these non-BP galas to make them less painful. (ie. professor raffles, Pack for SA events) I know, they're "random". But would it really be so horrible for the non-BP galas to have an extra condition line of code built into them. Something along the lines of an if/then sort of code loop of that would drop the outfit guaranteed when a player reaches a set number of attempts, say 200. I don't remember my coding very well and I have no idea which language this game is built on, but it shouldn't be difficult, if/then loops usually went something like "if attempt = 200 then glam = true" Then for all further attempts it can just go back to random hell. That way players who've put in the clicking effort enough can at least be awarded that 1 darn glam piece and Playdom wouldn't have to worry about bots clicking to get hundreds of these glam items, not that the stats make them worth clicking for hundreds of times.

I'm saying this as a player who's frequently had to do pack for events over 250 times and professor raffles over 200 times. The newest professor raffle, I've spun 500 times and I still don't have the exclusive outfit. That's ludicrous really, both that it's taking that many spins and still not dropped and that I haven't completely given up on it. My other thought is perhaps if Playdom wanted to give VIPs a real perk, they could add better conditions to give us improved odds on non-BP spinning.

But still you should do it: It drops more espresso's than it uses energy, so is self maintaining. If you use just one of the espresso's for for instance little sister event you have the cash also back.

Okay, so the CC was letting people vote randomly, and I was seeing people with up to 12 votes that were wearing Retro Glamour. THIS is what the Everyone list looks like now:

It appears that all previously given votes have been eaten up by the glitch monster.

The My Sister page is still showing blank - just the gray block shading used to separate the top three Sisters from the rest of the list. No names.

Whatever it is that's messed up on the Costume Contest, is REALLY messed up. Did it happen due to the adjustment for Daylight Saving Time? I've noticed that reset occurs about 2 minutes earlier than it should (I'm in Seattle, and my PST time has always previously matched SL PST time exactly in every other DST change).

You are a programmer and you get the task to: Can you start the countdown timer for the postcard?

What does he do: Starts the timer for the postcard.
Sees that for whatever reason there is some randomness in which gifts appear in the gift box. I guess he finds that strange and without further knowledge of how the gifts actually works decides do disable that randomness.

Good girl/boy now if you today EVER manage to SEND a choco bar, or a theater ticket...

And it is so easy:
First items to show:
Temporarily event related items. So SA tickets, postcards, craft items, 5 day gifts, temp gifts.
After that in fixed order all items which are needed to play any or certain aspects of the game:
Espresso, Liptstics, Choco Bar (!!!), Upgrade Gems, Blank Canvas, Theater Tickets, Rock Concert Tickets
Third: on the left over spots in true randomness the glam items which are available for gifting.

And this of course is a generic function,
- so that when either 2 or up to 5 temporary items are there, everything keeps on working...
- so that when a item gets a timer everything keeps working
- so that when a new item is introduced (in whatever category) everything keeps working

2) Why the "report" link on feed or WB goes to the zendesk page and it becomes extremely user unfriendly to report a message?
The number of horrible messages of feed and WB by so called game players seems to be growing and growing. And now you cannot easily report them anymore? HUGE mistake by Playdom to change it like this!

Hi.

Today there was a timer on the Postcards, but not one on the Postcard Event. Apparently as of reset, the Pack for Bollywood Event is gone, and I was in the middle of clicking trying to get the Purple Sari for a character that has never gotten it no matter how many times I've had her spin.

Since we barely had any time to do the Pack for Bollywood Event before Bollywood actually opened, I'd appreciate it if the Event could be extended another week.

I noticed this too and made a thread about it last week, especially when I started seeing a spam of a cheating website plastered all over all my sisters WB and wasn't able to report it. Sorry but I'm not going to go through all the steps that are listed on the PD website just to report this or some foul languaged spazzy players. I guess it's a free for all on the WBs now!

I guess as well as the foul mouthed threat filled players that spew garbage on wbs since you can't report them anymore either. They get away with that behaviour and the bot players are rewarded or botting. Makes or a fun game no? :rolleyes:

I did report one user early on March 15th, he was clearly threatening another player to put out his real life picture on some gay porn site and the whole thing was spiked with foul language ..... this report has not even be viewed by customer service as of today. I wonder if playdom is really interested in keeping up their"standard", that goes for extremely foul or abusive language as well as the use of bots.

BTW I also reported the spammer who advertised a site for cheats guess what the answer was:

Don't know if anyone else has asked about this or if it is just me, but did the cash payouts doing the philanthropy change for this SA? I had always been able to wrack up a good bit of cash in the other SA's through philanthropy, but this time it is only adding 4-6 cash for each time of pitching in. I tried to search for info on this and could not find anything.

This had bothered me too, but I finally see how it is configured, if that is of any use-- If you are on Tier 1, you earn 1-2; Tier 2, 3-4; etc. through Tier 5 which earns 9-10. Definitely a let-down from prior SA's, but that is the "formula", at any rate...

I don't mind having the 5 Day Gifting items reappear in my gifts. In fact, I'm glad they did! I was finally able to finish the event for my characters that had been prevented from doing so because of the gifting glitch. People just need to accept or delete those items if they don't want them.

Add me to the list of players that haven't received more than 5 bonus tickets for sending tickets. I have over 1200 Sisters, so it doesn't make sense to never get more than 5.

Glad to hear some of you were able to complete the collection with the "request" button for the 5-day event, I got an error message every time I tried to request an item... Think they hate me for all my ranting & raving...

Made it a point to sent those tickets to my daughter, directly from the "bonus" tickets for logging in message we get daily, & had her collect them immediately afterwards, but still got only 5 for logging in the next day. I have talked to no one in my house who ever got more than 5, any SA ever.

It's my opinion that those items shouldn't have been removed AGAIN from our Requests, as apparently they mysteriously are gone AGAIN, and the Event to get the dress should not have been removed for another week, or at least should have had a 48 hour countdown timer.

Sorry to hear the request button did not work for you either, but at least now I know I am not just crazy... I had almost all the items in my queue, except for the darn tights, with all the mayhem "we players" caused on that dreaded 5th day, most of them never made it through, I had ONE pair of tights, but dozens of day 1-4 items, and like you said, the event is not there to even collect the outfit for any characters who DID get all 5 items.. (IMAGINE THAT)

And, YES Playdom, my house mates tried to send the tights- I have sister A - items 1-4; sister B items 1-4; etc... so don't expect to convince me these countless girls who sent collection pieces for each day just decided "nah, she doesn't need tights" - I checked this when the collection was still active!

Kind of like the decision to count down the postcards & when time ran out, let's not just remove the postcards, but "Hey, let's take the event they were scrambling to collect those last-minute postcards FOR as well! (Evil Laughter in background)" -- It is frightening to try to decide if they are really so blinded by greed, or are they really that stupid that these factors do not occur to them?? Either way, as usual it winds up a lose-lose situation... especially for us players.

Can we possibly get the "Pack for Bollywood" event extended, or at least get a countdown for the event (in the future) like we have had in the past? It's great to have a countdown on the gift page, but it's impossible to tell if the gift countdown is the same for the event countdown because in the past we've had the countdown on the Pack event as well.

Also, as it has been mentioned by me and quite a few other posters, a huge issue is the screen jump. Will it ever be fixed? I think I saw another poster mention that it is a programming issue that makes a page completely reload when all that is needed is a tick advance on the influence meter?
But this is where I've seen the jumping issues:
-voting
-attacking the fight list
-attacking the burn list
-some events on campus (I'd be more specific, but it's completely random. Some events don't jump, but others do)

Please Whitney, I've been as specific as possible, if you can do something to rectify the jumping (at the very least) I (and so many others) will be so very grateful!



Also... day two of the new keepsake collection not posting. The Jacket posts just fine, but the shirt and shorts are popping up to post while we are socializing, but the posts are not making it to the feed so our sisters are not able to collect.

THIS! OMG That right there is what bothers me the most about PD. Is that anything that benefits us in some way gets fixed almost immediately DESPITE the 9-5 job mentality and things that they have been aware of for MONTHS are STILL broken.

Like the attack button disappearing even though we only made one hit on a target. (and yes, they weren't hit into the spa) That's been reported for months too and THAT is STILL broken.

My gifting is messed up. Sporadically when I log in to my game, I'll get the message "You have collected 'X number' of gifts!" That number will be however many gifts I had waiting for me. It then gives me the option to return each gift to the person who sent it. The button that is pink to collect then blue to return is just blue to return. I have no idea if my sisters are getting the gifts that I return, but I am NOT getting any of the automatically collected gifts in my inventory. This really bums me out as I usually have my max number of tickets waiting for me and they all just vanish. And, because it says I've collected them, I've reached my max for the day with nothing actually going into my inventory. This also made me mad because a sister and I were trading the beads back and forth for crafting. I've sent a ticket and haven't received a response yet, but it's hard to get optimistic that anything will be done to rectify it.

This just happened to me again. I've written a ticket but just got the canned answer of "We're working on it...we appreciate your patience..." blahblahblah. It's EXTREMELY frustrating. I also echo the sentiment that Playdom fixes glitches that are of ANY sort of benefit to the players ASAP but the lingering glitches are just too hard for them to fix.

Yep, getting the missing items was a glitch, but then when you had them because of the glitch the event just went poof, so, the glitch didn't help either, since there was no countdown clock on that event and we couldn't redeem the prize!
But hey, it got fixed within 24-48 hours because it was not to their advantage, right? RIGHT!

There was a 24 hour window to complete it with the glitch. You can always check on the BP event that goes with the 5 day collection, there you can see when it will be taken away. Yes it would be nice to have a count down on the event itself ... but that would make way to much sense, right?

It makes it really not worth competing in the CC nor voting for anyone at all. Plus, neither I nor any of my Sisters have been awarded for placing for the last few days (since I first mentioned it on this thread).

The Costume Contest was one of the things that really kept me coming back to the game. It was fun to vote for Sisters and to promote them to others. Now, not so much, and I haven't played the game very often this weekend.

It seems that the Voting is all messed up... Housemates are not showing up on the Catwalk. I have to go to "Everyone" to see the Top Ten List on "Strut your Stuff" and Costume Contest" to see any names.

I was just going to post that mine were still there, but when I looked to be sure, they were all gone.
I usually do not have this disappearing problem, but now my 400 gifts in que are gone.
Funny thing is in just a couple minutes I had my requests for philanthropy back, the same ones that I had saved on there yet came back, but only two actual gifts popped up. :(

My guess is they are working on something, but come on....let us know something.

If you try to post in the feed it will tell you "You successfully broadcast your message to your sorority" but there's nothing there. I can't seem to leave a message on a whiteboard (says it went through but doesn't show). Majors are not working correctly as mentioned in the post before me; at first it didn't give me an assignment at all; now it shows the assignment (Fight 75 times) but none of my fights are counting.

IM loading has been reported to the team several times and I know they are actively working on it. This in addition to the jumping screen in various parts of the game.

Let's see...all my gifts disappeared AGAIN and they have not come back. The Philanthropy requests came back but not the gifts. I can't clear my WB and as Ron said the BL has been messed up for several hours. SMH. I am playing on FB and using Chrome and have all the latest versions and latest Adobe and refreshing and clearing my cache does nothing to resolve the problem.

About the new craft in Bollywood 1) it requires light wood to make as a "gift from friends" and the new gift we have on the gift page is...jewels? Really? I know we can request light wood under essentials, but not everyone knows that and we shouldn't have to go searching for the needed gift like that and 2) the stats are still really pathetic. It's 10K rupees an attempt now and the bonus glam stats are only 10/14...besides the fact that another cricket bat isn't all that exciting (wooohoo a blue one to go with my red one, rar...?) the stats are still not giving most of the players a real reason to keep playing actively in this SA. I'm only crafting right now for completion sake and out of lack of anything else to do in Bollywood.

I'll say it again, this is the most boring, plain, dull, I'm tired of it already, what another sari!, there's nothing else to keep me coming back to play today SA yet. The most exciting part of it all was when it launched and glitched the heck out of everything and all the forums exploded into drama. The fifth tab opened and it only has the usual click to mastery events, I was really hoping some mini games would debut and salvage this hohumdrum SA. And no, I don't think the fortune wheel can count as an entertaining tidbit, that's a BP black hole not a game. I'm really disappointed. Especially with the ridiculous story. The Top & Skirt has completely vanished; I just assumed it was a limited upgrade item.

No one can complete the newest Keepsake Collection as nothing but the blazer is posting to out walls.

All of these glitches should be fixed before they release yet another boring SA!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I remember vaguely from another SA that one pop-up/ award did not appear when you reached a level at that event.

Well it happened again (and is on FB NOT browser or avi related since I tried on different avi's and browsers):
When you play "A Live Musical Production!" event and you reach the mastery for PLATINUM, NO POP UP, no award NOTHING. You just go to the start of next level, Diamond.

I carefully checked my Rupees, IP's, SP's, BP's and boarders: not only no pop up, but also NOTHING else.
Previous 2 SA's gave a BP here. Before that the fifth tab gave a boarder somewhere.
So we are being robbed of either a BP or a boarder here. Times 10 of course for those who play with full avi's!

Also, The Wood needed for crafting is not available to send.

I play on MS using Chrome. All of the style upgrade items appear randomly in our grab bag gifts now but all come up expired when you try 2 claim them. Since MS users are limited to only sending 40 gifts per day per account it would really be nice for this to be fixed or the items removed from the grab bag.

Also, we have jewels in the grab bag but we need light wood 2 craft the new item instead of of jewels. Unlike FB users, we do not have the option of requesting the wood from essentials. Is it the wrong gift or the wrong craft item that was released? I do not much care bc the stats are so low on all of the craft items this time but it would be nice to have either the gift or the craft corrected.

When socializing on campus, there has not been a single ticket drop on any event other that the pack event which is now gone. Is this a glitch or a design 4 this SA?

I do very much appreciate that our swag items appear 2 be in order without all of the extra useless stuff some of which I believe was never even on MS 2 begin with. I also appreciate that I was not charged 4 VIP subscription b4 the BPs dropped. It was a day late but much better than a charge & then not getting the BPs until several days later after having 2 file a support ticket. =)

Yeah... Tickets Do Not Drop while Socializing on Myspace SL.

This issue has been reported many times and still nothing... It is helpful to get some extra tickets while socializing on campus.

I sent in a ticket on March 15th morning my time which makes it around 4 am PST - as of today this ticket has not even be reviewed by customer service. I guess you were right real people are ignoring tickets, doesn't make it better.

Why bother having standards regarding bad language and offensive writing or threats made my a player against another. These are all infractions that are not condemned by playdom .... or so I thought.

Fix probably means patch, and then the patch gets lost with next update, and they have to patch it again, and than that one gets lost again...

Freezing gift page (meaning no refresh of refreshable items on lower rows) whenever something is added to gift page (even a timer) has been going on for months now...
This time is worse, since even a HARD refresh does not help. Your stuck with it for the day...

My first avi on this tab also had the same issue when completing Platinum mastery for "Live Musical Production" - at first I thought maybe I blinked and missed it in the 'screen jump, click & miss' obstacle that we have been forced to deal with and complaining about for months - so I immediately switched avis and repeated that event with the next one- but guess what? No pop-up, no reward- as Just Ron said- ROBBED -again!

Since I am already running my gator, let me reiterate this complaint- THE SCREEN JUMP IS DRIVING ME OUT OF MY MIND!! The only way to bypass it is to reduce screen size to 67% (in Chrome, anyway- can't remember exact % for other browsers) & doing THAT causes eyestrain followed by a migraine for hours... It has gotten to a point where I rarely vote, spend significantly less time working the BL, etc.. "Playing SL" is not nearly the enjoyable experience it was a few months ago. And what really aggravates me is knowing how easily these issues could be resolved, yet Playdom continues to IGNORE instead of ADDRESS them- numerous support tickets by numerous players receive the same auto-response "We are aware of and are trying to resolve the issue", rants & complaints in the forums get the same "Will relay this info to 'the team' & try to get an update" answer from Whitney (not blaming you, Whitney- but even you must admit that is as far as we EVER advance towards a solution! It is PAST time for 'the team' to either crap, or get off the pot & DO SOMETHING!

If this were a movie, we would learn that someone on 'the team' was actually a saboteur working for a rival company, who would eventually be discovered and eliminated & we could all play happily ever after- but this is no movie. This is corporate greed, unprofessional conduct, and sub-standard performance- to say the least. If Playdom has a Mission Statement regarding their corporate goals and ideals, I would really like to read it & see just what it is they strive to accomplish. Maximum profit with minimum customer service & satisfaction is the first thing that comes to my mind...

I am sick to death of relaying the same issues over and over & seeing so many others do the same with no results- sick of seeing a glimmer of hope that something is fixed (re: the ongoing gifting issues) only to find out a few days later ya'll just slapped another piece of duct tape on it instead of properly debugging (Gifts have started disappearing from multiple players at random times AGAIN) - So relay THIS to 'the team'- stop sleeping on the bench and put forth a little effort, people. Enough is enough.

I don't see the problem here? You need to unlock the previous one, AND collect 10 work visa's for the last box and rinse and repeat for the second box. If you haven't collected them, they won't unlock. I know in the beginning of the SA they weren't counting but it seemed to be fixed.

Well, there is a problem here. I don't know if you remember, but only two spots are open when you start Bollywood. The third, fourth and fifith are open with help of your friends. As you can see, i opened one, but the other's are locked. It should have the bar for us to click and the pop up to open asking if we want to post the help in our wall's. I can't click to ask my friends to help me, because there is no bar, so... How am i supposed to open these slots?

^^THIS! OMG... I feel like I'm on a mouse chase trying to figure out where the page, or pop up will land so I can continue my gameplay! PLEASE! Stop skipping over this issue! Another issue: Was the removal of the upgrade outfit intentional? Were they always meant to be limited in time? If so that would have been nice to know as I was saving my pink gems to do a lot of upgrades at once and now missed that one on all characters. :(

Is there a reason that the campus fortune wheel and the 2 BP gala have not been updated? I have a ton of BPs burning a hole in my pocket.... I also think that it STINKS that the "new" banner is always on the fortune wheel since you have to spend the 2BPs to see what's on it. Is that just a nice little BPs stealing tactic employed by development?

Being as how there are 18 pages and I have to hurry up and get to cleaning house, I'm on page 4 and haven't seen this one yet (if it appears in pages 5-18 I COMPLETELY apologize!):

The new keepsake collection - ONLY THE JACKET is collectible at the moment. Even though I posted the shorts & shirt it's not appearing on my Facebook page, and no sisters can see it. This is happening across the board for ALL my sisters. It's not just me. Not one sister I know has the collection - it's all just Jackets. Can you have the team check into this? Thanks, Whitney!

P.S. Krista is 100% correct, as soon as the pink dress became available for upgrade, the striped skirt & top went bye bye. There were 4 available spaces to upgrade items, and the Pink Dress "replaced" the Skirt and Top as an upgraded item. It should be scrollable now to add the next ones out.

Page jumping needs to end already. It's driving me bonkers!!!

I want my Attack Again button to be there ALL the time!!! I know this isn't a major issue compared to some of the other stuff going on but it bugs me.

The only piece of the new keepsake collection working is the blazer. The top and the shorts are broken and have been since it was first released.

We still want the plain top and skirt outfit back in the Style Upgrade section. You guys took it away before most of us had a chance to complete it.

You put the wrong grab bag gift up for the craft this week. We need Light Wood and you gave us Jewels. We can request it through our Swag tab, yes, but it would be better if the right gift were on the Grab Bag page.
