Purple Sari in Pack for Bollywood

I am wanting to know how likely is it to get the purple sari on the pack for bollywood section in socialize as I have been doing it everyday and I still don't have it, today I had 170 postcards I have used them all and still don't have it, is there any chance of getting one or shall I just give up? Everyone else I know has got at least 1 some have more than that and I still can't even get just 1, please why is it so hard to get, any response will be greatly appreciated as it will be going off soon.

Oh and if I get another treetopia outfit i'll scream as I now have 49 of them since doing the above task.
