After my guild has won a tournament i.m i'm not receiving any prizes. Anyone know why this is happening

Cleared cache, still no prize. I think this happens to everyone. GoT also have this problem.

Tried IE and Chrome. Sometimes it's working and sometimes it's not

Yeah I get over 300 points every hour.

Yes i am getting the 30 points to qualify. i submitted a ticket, they sent a link to claim gold in Gardens of time, i wasn't after lost prizes just wanted to know if it was a common issue not receiving prizes after my guild winning a tourney in Wildones

Me to, i'm on Black Hawk and when the tournement is over i don't get the prize. And even Sometimes it dosn't even show who got MVP and everyone asks who got MVP and i clear my cache like every day but now sometimes it won't even load to 1%.

It's still not fixed. i haven't won a tournament prize since March 1st despite having a minimum 30pts clearing my cache trying different browsers on different pc's at different locations. Don't think i'll be renewing my membership becuase of this. i don't think this is happening to everyone but alot of people are having this problem.

It's still the same. nothings been done as usual. as i don't hack its nice to win some of the weapons i can't buy with coins.

I have to criticize the WO Support. Sometimes I just get a wrong reply when making a support ticket. Like they have a standard reply for everything. And the support tickets regarding this Tournament prize / MVP issue they just close the cases! And when an issue is fixed you never get a message about it, just a closed case which you only know about if you go to view your tickets.
