We would like to apologize for the frustration this issue may have caused. All VIP members that signed up for the new subscription after 12-25-11 should have received the MBZ-1000 Super Bike item. If you notice that you still have not received the new bike on your account please submit a support ticket to customer service.
We are aware that the game is still experiencing problems we would like to apologize for the inconvenience and frustration. The game team to is working hard to resolve these issues as soon as possible.

We are aware that there are some issues in Eastern Europe that have been affecting the purchasing of properties. The game team is continuing to work on these issues and hope to find a fix as soon as possible, we will continue to keep you updated on this issue.

Now as a customer service rep where it takes maybe a few minutes to put a little thought into an informative response, it has not been done. I understand that there is a lot going on here, but as an intern (office minion) for a federal house rep from my district, if i responded with these kinds of answers i would have been run out the door before the first set was sent out. INFORMATION it is all we want, if you cant do something we understand, there are multiple platforms but as of right now you are following what senior chief liked to call the mushroom policy, where you feed us crap, leave us in the dark and watch us try to grow. So far if i was to rate the customer service it would be up there with bank of america and AOL......
