I can't figure out how to upgrade. I have the 4 outfits and lots of upgrade gems but every time I go to the "Style Upgrade" tab it says "Stay Tuned". Is there a certain number of gems you need before you upgrade an outfit or do you have to be at a certain level? I've seen lots of my sisters with upgraded outfits so why can't I upgrade as well??? If this is a bug or something can someone, anyone fix it please???
