I think the top is alright. It looks like a "Chinese tiger" on her chest. Would look better as a top with jeans, though. I agree with the everyone else, the shiny ruins it! And I don't know what's up with the bottom... Pass for me!

Maybe for the upcoming Chinese New Year? Anyway, I think it's okay. There is something off about but I can't pinpoint exactly what it is.
