I looked this up and only found some frequently asked question about reporting someone in the game. So I am sorry if i missed this somewhere..
This is a new thing for me.. and I wasn't exactly sure about it.
So What happens exactly when you report someone for a message on the white board? The pop up said they would look into it..but what does that entail?
I ask because in the many years ( probably at least 4) that i have been playing this from myspace and facebook I have never had anything like this happen. Sure there were rude comments but they were whatever. Today i did a major to Slap 300 sisters. Clearly I hate slapping people but I was tired of failing lol So i did some.. this one girl comes back and calls me a name that was highly inappropriate for adults to call eachother let alone for the people that are younger that play this game to hear..or read. It was offensive. So i reported and blocked her...but it made me curious.. what happens exactly?
Sorry guys if this was asked already,i could not find it anywhere..and im shocked by the entire thing..

I actually have no idea. One person who usually appears on my fight list has a very inappropriate status. I've reported it very times but the message status is still there
It seems to vary a lot. Sometimes people are muted or even temporarily banned and other times nothing happens. There have also been people who were banned/muted for seemingly nothing. I don't think anybody really knows what the process is, and it's the policy of customer service not to discuss it, so we're all just in the dark. It seems to be pretty random.

Oh Random..thats nice lol.. I get called one of the most degrading inappropriate names in the book and nothing may happen. Geez.. You would think there would be a public knowledge thing about the policy of it.
The best thing you can do is just report and block because that way, even if the person isn't muted or banned, at least they can't say anything to you again.
I think it would be awesome if Playdom completely revamped the system into a "three strikes" type deal. Of course, they'd need someone sitting there and looking through all the reported stuff and determining what is "bad enough" (I bet they could even choose a select group of players to do it), but one strike could be a week long mute, two strikes could be a month, and three strikes could be permanent.
I know that a lot of people forget that the characters they're fighting have real people attached to them. "It's just a game," and I don't think that people should feel bad for attacking/slapping/etc, but a lot of the people who play this game do need to consider that someone is on the receiving end of every nasty and offensive comment that they write. I have seen some disgusting things in this game over the last few years. Things that should never, ever be said to ANYBODY for any reason, especially over something as silly as a Facebook game.

Really the best you can do is report and block.

It really does no good. I Blocked and reported her yesterday. Today I get on and have 10 messages on my white board that say she slapped me 7 hours ago.. it shows at least 10 times that she slapped me. Then on her white board she writes "7 hours ago
__________says:
um.....PnkCandygrl ... sorry majors ~ ((((NOT))))
Clear intent. Clear personal harassment and it's not called for. It is a game..and it really should not be allowed to happen.. Once I pressed block she should have not been able to contact, or even slap me at all. Block should mean just that. Every other site ..Block cuts off all contact and makes the user unable to do anything on your page. This is just ridiculous.
I can't even Burn list her because she is only level 8. Shes a new player and shes doing this.. it's just bad sportsmanship.
Blocking keeps the person from contacting you by sending you messages. Attacking/slapping/BLing are part of the game. You can't block that. If they introduced a way to block those things, soon there would be nobody left to fight because people would block as soon as anybody did anything to them. If you just ignore her she'll forget about you, or at least lose the link to you. If she's only a level 8 and you're much higher, she shouldn't have any way to find you unless one of her sisters posted an AFTA or something.

I just wish there was a feature that allowed you to completely block or do something with the people that personally attack or use strongly inappropriate language. Some way to just block those people..and not normal players ..unrealistic i know. I think I'm just gonna see if she stops. Thanks guys

The problem with that is what happens down the road. I've often thought about something like that, but on MS at 192, every person on my fight list is either in my house or someone I had a conflict with a while back.

It's just ridiculous. I just logged in to the game to find that the same girl slapped me 13 more times. In the last 3 days thats 26 + times. Plus a highly inappropriate name and statement towards me..and intent written on her wall. She seems to like boasting about it.. and after looking I am not the only girl she has had issues with. There is at least 2 more..shown. So much for her forgetting about me huh? heh... it's almost harassment now lol

Make that 31... as i have not said or done anything but block and report her..and she just keeps it up lmao. So much for her losing my link.

She wouldn't lose it immediately. I think posts stay on the feed for a week so if she keeps deleting she can still see anything you said or did to her. And like I said before, it's possible that she or somebody else posted an AFTA, which would mean she has your link for awhile. Honestly if she's just slapping you and not saying anything, I would just ignore it. Slaps don't really do anything, just make you lose a couple confidence. 31 slaps over 3 days isn't that bad. I've had hundreds of slaps fill up my feed before, especially when I had my SL link in my signature and I would do/say something that somebody didn't like. :p I decided to be amused when people waste their stamina by slapping me rather than taking it personally. It makes my game a lot happier.

Give her time to move on. She'll get bored eventually, but it may take a few days. Like Sara said, slapping has no big effect on your ability to play the game, so if I were you, I'd just ignore them and wait for her to get bored. It will happen someday, sooner or later, but you just can't expect her to stop immediately.

Unfortunately, bad sportsmanship isn't against the rules. :(
