Hiding in Spa

I am not exactly new but I keep hearing about people hiding their characters in the spa. How do you do that?

Most of the time when people are accused of "hiding in the spa," they're not intentionally doing anything. It just so happens that a lot of players, especially at the higher levels, get attacked almost immediately after having enough confidence to be attacked. To intentionally hide in the spa, you need to attack someone or do an IM/philanthropy every time you come out of the spa to knock yourself to a low enough confidence that you'll be in the spa for awhile.

Let your confidence goes below 20% of your max confidence

For example, your max is 200, then you will go to spa when your current confidence less than 40. Then nobody can attack you (except you are on BL)
