Hello,
I cancelled my VIP subscription and I want to remove my credit card info on there. I don't see an option to do so? Can you tell me how to remove my info? Thanks!

I think it is stored under your facebook account. Go look there - you should be able to delete it.

No already tried there. That's how it use to be stored. When I go to the "House Mom" tab and open it up my CC info is still on there and I want it off!

go to account settings on facebook ( the drop down button beside the home tab has the account settings button on it ) ... click payments.... on payment method click manage..... and then say remove... this should remove your cc details from facebook as well as SL or any other game...

I've already removed my FB payment history. It's not stored there, I don't have anything there. It's stored under the"House Mom" tab and I click "Sign me Up" for VIP it's stored there. There is no option there to remove it, only to change or confirm or use PayPal. And when I click the "help" link on that pop up it brings me to a place called Ultimate Pay. https://ultimatepay.custhelp.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/38 They want you to send in your account information and email to cancel your account. Strange I do not have an account with them, cause I tried logging in. I always use the same login & info for stuff. Did the forgot my username and never got an email with my info. This is quite frustrating.

I also want to remove my CC info... Someone from Playdom please figure out how to do this and get back to us...

ALSO the answer is Not through Facebook Account Settings... I have no info stored there and it is still up on the UltimatePay™ pop up...

Could it be stored on your computer? Have you tried deleting your cache, etc?

Are you concerned about someone hacking your account and buying BP's?If that is not your worry and you are afraid of being charged again or something be aware that even though your credit card is not saved where you can see it, the company still is keeping a record of the number and if they really wanted to charge you without permission they could and it would be no more difficult with your info stored where you can see the last 4 digits or removed. Bottom line anywhere you use your card has your number indefinitely in their computers

Have you tried clicking on "Change", deleting the number, then saving changes? Maybe that will get rid of it...

I was just about to suggest this! My inclination would be that this should clear your info.

Thanks! Yes I have tried that., since I don't want to add another CC it just reverts back to my current CC info( I put in a bunch of 0's, erased it).

I always remove my CC info after purchases. I have made tons of online purchases over the years and this is the first time I cannot remove it. I really don't need a lecture on how how CC info is stored when one makes an online purchase etc, bottom line is I don't it stored there, and want to know how to remove it.

I think if you look under the opening page at top around messages, etc. it should have a box that says manage subscription. Try to click on that. I noticed it had said something about cancelling on that information area.

Not meant to be a lecture, its just a fact. Just because you cant see the last 4 numbers online doesnt mean they have vanished. Its an illusion of security, the company has them forever

I'll have to double check there again. Wish it was a simple remove your info button, like everywhere else lol.

Well it is turning into a lecture because I know they have my CC info regardless if it's stored there or not I made a purchase from them pretty cut & dry. That is not why I posted the topic. I was just asking how to remove the information. I just don't want it stored there, and is the first time I have ever bought anything where you could not go back in and clear your payment information. It would make ME feel better that it not be there that is all. And you can see the last 4 digits, I just blacked them out on the screenshot here.

On my credit card bill, next to the charge it shows a phone number, possibly they could help you. Playspan = 402-935-7733

Yeah I was pretty aware that you had blacked them out and thats why that part was covered. In order to be PCI compliant that is all they can show, enough that you know what card you used but not so much that you give other people access to the number. I am not going to bother talking about the rest of it with you since you are getting so upset, I just wanted you to know that even with my obviously limited intellect I was able to understand the reason for that black mark on your screenshot.

Thank you so much! I could not find a phone number for them.
