How Can I Get The Flowy Fuchsia Dress?

Hi, I've tried for a long time to get the flowy fuchsia dress for starting a competition on the intramurals and I can't get it, does anyone knows how many points do we have to score to get it? Thanks!

All of the IMs prizes are random. The only thing you can do to increase the odd is to reach All-star level in the competition you start.

I think the rewards don't random!

I get all, except the flowy dress. I try something and it works!

Example: if you would like to get the red bow shoes in the R&G, you have to be the 3rd or the 7th ot the 11th or... best in your bracket. I do this only in the all-star level, I missed that just.
