Can't invite any of my house members to Philanthropy

Hi Please fix my Moscow's problems, I would so appreciate it soooo much I can not invite any of my house members for philanthropy???? Can't get my puzzle pieces to open up either Thanking you in advance XO

You may want to try using a different browser to see if that helps with the philanthropy.

As for the puzzle pieces, you need to drag them into their spot, just like a real puzzle.

I have the same problem since yesterday. I can't send Philanthropy invites nor can I send gifts because no sister list opens, also the list of the house members in the 'My house' tab doesn't load either. And that's on every browser I tried (Chrome, Firefox and Safari).

my puzzle pieces weren't working...couldn't even get in to see the puzzle. i used chrome and it worked fine. haven't tried on IE yet today. however, now something is wrong with philanthropy. people have said they accepted my request for them to be on my team but i'm not showing up in their list and ones i accept aren't showing up in mine. very frustrating.
