completing critter quests

I am on three quests where I have to complete a snail, mole and strawberry collection. I have been on this quest for almost a week now and cannot get the remaining item for any of them. Does anyone have a suggestion?

You have to continue to keep harvesting each of these critters/crops so these collection items can drop for you. However, these items are random so keep on harvesting until these items drop. Just in case, here are details about each collection:
