can someone please let me know what the difference is between grayed out items and coloured items on friends lists i thought it was the gray ones are required and the coloured ones have been donated but now i wonder if grayed out items are ones we don't have to give please explain thank you

If you put your cursor over each item, you'll probably find you get a bubble saying you have 1,2,3 etc. of that item, which you can give them if you want. (Just click on the item). If you put your cursor over the faded items you'll probably find the bubble says "You have 0 of this item".

All the items are what your neighbor wants. If they are dim (grey), it just means you don't have any to give them.

I play all day every day and I've never had that many left over collection pieces! lol
I have over 20 of the chapter 20 pieces and I've given a ton away but 210 is A LOT! lol
