Pledge Page Glitch when switching characters

I recently switched from a high leveled character to one of my lower leveled ones. I visited the Pledge page where I was offered a Big Sister to which I clicked no because I was planning to switch back to my higher leveled character.
When I did switch back, I tried to go to the Pledge Page to visit my Little Sister but I was offered a Big Sister again. I clicked no and it took me to the Socializing page. I returned to the Pledge page and another offer came up so I clicked yes this time but it says an error has occurred and the same offer pops up again.
Every time I click yes an error message occurs and the same offer reappears until I click no and am taken to the Socializing page. How do I fix this?

Simply wait til you can switch and then level the lower level up to a level 20 if she isn't past level 20 yet, get a big sis, and cross over on her. If its a character you don't want to level, either create a new character to level to level 20 or use another character that is under level 20 or one that hasn't crossed over yet. Once you have done that, when you switch back to your high level, she will be able to be a big sis again, but beware.. make sure that your big sis has attended your ceremony before you switch characters, otherwise she won't be able to attend your ceremony, may exit out of you as a little sis, and you may never be able to be a big sis again. I've had a few accounts do that to me and they are totally ruined when it comes to the pledge tab.
