Treasure Island Purchase

Can anyone explain what the Gold bar purchase of the Treasure Cove does. (I have just bought this with cash after buying Bars). I bought Treasure Cove to go with the Skull Island that i bought yesterday but there's NO Treasure Cove Decoration in my inventry, All this has done is opened the locked Treasure Cove map.

Is this right, or have i read something wrong, There's not enough explanation for a newbie if this just opens the map. After buying the Skull Island and receiving the decoration item for my garden i presumed Treasure cove would look great placed along side it. I'm gonna be gutted if it just opens a map after spending all that money. HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

For the ones that are with the premium scenes, you must first get 3 stars on that scene and then it will show up in your inventory.

Cheers guys, It really needs better clarification. I bought The Skull Island and received this immediately and thought the Treasure Cove would look spectacular just like the Skull Island did. I'm kinda disapointed now after seeing the item, it looks kinda drap.
