I operate 7 VIP accounts and buy each of them 100+ FP Monthly. For the non-math inclined, that equals HUNDREDS of my dollars per month.
There is no excuse for the issues that have been plaguing M2 over the passed month, given that I am only one of many who pay a lot of cash to enjoy the game. We've been given no excuse, nor any apology for the way this game has been operating as of late. To the contrary, we have been told by those who speak for playdom to send in support tickets about the issues as we come across them. Newsflash playdom, That is YOUR job. Not ours.
You know all the issues yet you have chosen to do nothing about them.
I'm considering taking the cash I would normally be spending on your game and paying a lawyer to seek reimbursement for not only myself, but any and all "VIPs" who you have robbed with the promise of a better, more enjoyable gaming experience.
