Bogman Lives!

ICYMI - There really is a Bogman in that tree. Thanks to someone who posted on another thread, after staring at my bogman tree for awhile, I saw a creature (I think of Swamp Thing) actually arise from the muck. I've had that in my garden for weeks and just now saw it! Thought others might be equally surprised!

Aren't they brilliant? I love my bogman trees. I laughed my socks off the first time I saw a bogman. I just think they're FAB!! :D

My grandkids just LOVE the Bogman trees!!! The wait and wait for him to pop up!

It's a play on the swamp creatures of old horror movies so it goes with the USA stuff/Drive-in Theater area. That whole chapter was full of weird stuff that doesn't really flow right though so I'd say use him wherever you want :)

I've put mine behind some statues because where they're so dark in colour, they off-set the white marble statues really well. :)

I didn't like the Bogman's when they first came out, and I only bought one of them. Then I visited a neighbor's garden who put the watermill right next to the Bogman's so it looks like the swamp water is feeding the watermill. For some reason, ever since I have loved them and bought a bunch of them and a watermill. Sit there and watch them do their thing for a long time! :D
