lost energy purchased when leveling up

I had just purchased 40 energy units, and had 7 already. Played one scene and leveled up. I got the 60, but the 37 I had left are gone. I don't care about the 7, a they were added w/ time, but the 40 I paid for!!!!!!!! What's up with that!

I'm sorry for the really bad timing there. When you level up it fills the meter whether you had 1 unit of energy left or 59 units. It doesn't give you 60 more on top of what you have so the best option is to watch that bar so you'll know when to hold off on those purchases.
