I know that you cannot kill a mobster lower than yourself forever. You will get the message to forgive and forget, unless you are attacked. I see an unfairness in the people willing to use their credit cards and have a LOT of power for a low level. I think the amount of times a person of a lower level can attack you should be limited also.
